RETURN POLICY
How can I return an online purchase?
If you would like to return any product from your order, you can follow the instructions or call our call center service team on 920016522[or email us at customerservice@ipekyol.sa.Our dedicated team will guide you through the return process and ensure that your returns are processed smoothly.
Exchange
IPEKYOL does not allow exchanges
When requesting an exchange, customers must return the original product and place a new order for the products to be purchased.
Returns
A return request can be submitted within14 days of receiving the order
All products to be returned must be in their original condition and with their labels.
All products to be returned must be received by home pickup, and can be returned in IPEKYOL stores.
There is no exchange or return for incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, stained or in any condition that reasonably indicates that the product has been used; they will be returned to the customer and not refunded.
The amount will be refunded to the customer original payment account within 14 working days from the date we receive your package in our warehouse.
Please note that the refund depends on the payment method applied when purchasing.
The refund will be processed once your package is received at our distribution center.
Free pick up from home
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it.
Returns & Shipping Fee Policy
- In-store returns are free of charge.
- For online returns, a shipping fee of 25 SAR will be deducted for each return request.
If your order was below the free shipping threshold and you paid a shipping fee of 29.9 SAR at the time of purchase, this shipping fee will be refunded only if no items from the order are kept (i.e. all items are returned).
Please note that this refund applies only if the returned items are sent back in acceptable condition and in accordance with our return policy.
You can create a return request, and we will send a courier to pick up your package. To do this:
Step 1:
Go to the order tracking section in your account, then choose the order number to be returned
Now select the items you want to return, the quantity, choose the reason for the return.
You will receive a confirmation email containing the full details of your order.
Within 48 hours, we will send you a related email
Step 2:
Prepare your package including the Air Waybill
Pack the products securely, in the original packaging if possible.
Attach the Air Waybill that was sent to you via email.
Step 3:
You will be contacted by the shipping company to confirm the appropriate time to collect the package from your home address to collect the package and deliver it to the warehouse.
