Return Policy

 How can I return an online purchase? 

If you would like to return any product from your order, you can follow the instructions  or email us at customerservice@ipekyol.sa. Our dedicated team will guide you through the return process and ensure that your returns are processed smoothly.

Exchange

IPEKYOL does not allow exchanges

When requesting an exchange, customers must return the original product and place a new order for the products to be purchased.

Returns

A return request can be submitted within 14  days of receiving the order

All products to be returned must be in their original condition and with their labels.

All products to be returned must be collected through home pickup. Returns can also be processed at IPEKYOL stores only if no online return request has been initiated through the website.

There is no exchange or return for incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, stained or in any condition that reasonably indicates that the product has been used; they will be returned to the customer and not refunded.

Please note that return pickup services may experience delays during the Eid holiday period due to official holidays and reduced operational capacity of shipping companies across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The amount will be refunded to the customer's original payment account within 14 working days from the date we receive your package in our warehouse.

Please note that the refund depends on the payment method applied when purchasing.

The refund will be processed once your package is received at our distribution center.

Free pick up from home

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it.

Returns & Shipping Fee Policy

  • In-store returns are free of charge.
  • For online returns, a shipping fee of 25 SAR will be deducted for each return request.

Please note that this refund applies only if the returned items are sent back in acceptable condition and in accordance with our return policy.

You can create a return request, and we will send a courier to pick up your package. To do this:

Step 1:

Go to the order tracking section in your account, then choose the order number to be returned

Now select the items you want to return, the quantity, choose the reason for the return.

You will receive a confirmation email containing the full details of your order.

Within 48 hours, we will send you a related email

Step 2:

Prepare your package including the Air Waybill

Pack the products securely, in the original packaging if possible.

Attach the Air Waybill that was sent to you via email.

Step 3:

You will be contacted by the shipping company to confirm the appropriate time to collect the package from your home address to collect the package and deliver it to the warehouse.
